Reliable. Invisible. Intuitive.
Plot designs and builds the open, local-first technology core behind exceptional homes — network, automation, security, and sound, unified into one system that simply works.
Legacy dealers lock you into proprietary hardware, high monthly subscriptions, and closed systems.
Plot builds it differently. Every system we install runs on open, local-first infrastructure — engineered once, owned outright, and built to outlast any single vendor or app.
No forced subscriptions. No proprietary lock-in. Your network, cameras, and automation stay yours — reliable by design, invisible in daily life, and intuitive enough that you forget it's there at all.
Six systems. One invisible core.
Every layer below is engineered to disappear into the walls of your home — and to work together as a single, coherent system.
Reliable, high-performance WiFi
Enterprise-grade access points, pro-grade switching, and a rack-mounted core — the invisible foundation everything else depends on.
Unified home automation
Lighting, shades, and climate resolve into single scenes — one tap, a scheduled routine, or no interaction at all.
4k cameras, zero subscriptions
Smart detection and 4K clarity with local storage — your footage stays on your network, not in someone else's cloud.
Multi-room sound, tuned by room
Architectural speakers and premium DACs deliver sound built for the room it plays in — not a compromise across every room at once.
A centralized rack, running quietly
4K video storage and local recording sit behind the scenes in one organized rack — no cloud dependency, no clutter.
Advanced, effortless entry
Smart locks and credential management make secure access feel like no security at all — for family, guests, and service alike.
Built for how the system is actually used
